    We have seen that you have already contacted Avira support and created a ticket there. To avoid duplicate processing, you will receive further information from the support-team in your ticket.

    Unfortunately, you did not even give us your OS with exact version number.
    From there a contact with your customer account is possible, to which we here, the community is a publicly accessible forum, unfortunately have no access.
