Cancel my subscriptions #reference #360686077 and 350686338

I signed up for 60 days trial via PayPal. I signed up twice and got the reference numbers (reference #360686077 and 350686338) but the subscription did not show up on my account or dashboard. I tried to contact and email customer support but your platform didn't allow me. I contact via facebook messenger and no one replies. I think your company is a scam!!! I will contact PayPal to make sure that the payment will not go through after 60 days and report your company, and I will also contact BBB if I don't hear back from someone in your company
