Avira full virus scan stops at 30%

Hi everyone, when I do a full virus scan, the scan stays at 30% for many hours (scan typically ends after 1 hour, but recently it has been staying at 30% after 6 hours) May I know if there is any particular reason that it is doing this? I have Malwarebytes but I disabled all forms of protection as well as for windows defender. Thank you.
