    You are writing here in the community, a publicly accessible forum. We do not have access to your customer data.

    We cannot help you with your PayPal order, this can only be filled out by the customer, we do not have access to your customer data or your version of the payment.

    Yes, I wrote here because apparently Avira doesn't have a customer service or it's only for premium users, not for those who want to become premium users. And as you said, this is a public forum so how far can I go with my personal info since you mentioned my customer data several times? It's quite strange, I clicked on Avira customer support on the Avira site and was directed to this forum. Yeah, I didn't like that neither but what can I do if it's so complicated to get ahold of someone from the customer support. Maybe you can tell me how to contact someone directly without being redirected to this forum or to the FAQ.

     

    Regarding the problem, there is really not much to add. When I wanted to make the payment and was directed to Paypal I entered my email address and my Paypal password and then I was stuck there. I only saw this turning cycle that tells you that something is in progress. Half an hour later the cycle was still turning so I didn't even make it to the page where I have to enter the Paypal SMS code to proceed to the payment. I can't make it any clearer. And yes, I followed the instructions and I also entered the delivery address. It's really not that hard.

     

    It's too bad that the "customer service", wherever it is, is nowhere close to the quality of the product.
