    Unfortunately, we cannot understand your request with the information provided to us.

    Did you follow these instructions when giving notice?
    Disable your Avira subscription renewal – Official Avira Support | Knowledgebase & Customer Support | Avira
    Your procedure for cancelling your subscription can be checked by the support team. Please describe exactly whether you proceeded with the deactivation of the automatic contract extension (see our instructions). Afterwards, your procedure for terminating the automatic licence renewal can be forwarded to the support and checked by the support team.

    Deactivating the automatic licence renewal has no influence on your installed software. The contact with the support - i.e. with correct registration of the current license - will be provided until the end of the license period.
