Note
We do not need a written cancellation of the contract. By switching the subscription off, you have officially canceled your contract with Avira.
Cancel your subscription
1. Sign in to your account.
2. In the top-right corner, click the profile icon and then click Subscriptions.
3. Click Show Renewal Settings.
4. Click Cancel Subscription Renewal.
5. Confirm the cancellation.
Note
To avoid getting charged for the renewal of your subscription, make sure you disable your subscription before the expiry date.
- Monthly trial subscription: 2 day before expiration date (first month only)
- Monthly subscription: 6 days before expiry date
- Annual subscription: 36 days before expiry date
If you cancel your subscription less than the specified days before the expiry date, and you get charged for it, please contact us and we will find a solution.
