Unlawful deduction from my credit card account
AbgeschlossenAn unlawful deduction has been made from my credit card account without my consent. I wish a refund of the amount of R265.95 + R7.31. I can not contact any one and the refund option dos not respond. Also there is no E-Mail address I can use.

Access to your customer account is only possible with the access data (email address with the password you selected for this subscription) with which you previously purchased the Avira product. We do not have access to your customer account here in the community, a public forum.
You have 3 e-mail addresses stored in your Avira customer account. Log in to your customer account with your access data for the subscription, then your subscription will be shown to you at
https://my.avira.com/en/dashboard/subscriptions/tabs/plans
after which you can initiate a cancellation and refund. If no license is displayed, the access data is not correct.
Premium customers with a valid license and correct login can contact the support team directly from the customer account under "SUPPORT".
Every subscription purchased in the Avira Online Shop is assigned to a customer account, which is always assigned to the email address used for the purchase and is automatically activated under this email address.
Only with your access data, which you used when ordering, will your subscription be displayed, and you can contact support directly.

Thanks for your reply. I have now tried every possible way of contacting Avira with no results. I only have one Avira account and if I log into that account it shows that I do not have any active subscription. So I do not know what the money was deducted for as I never received a statement or invoice nor have I received any info for what the money was deducted for. Regards Louis
