Regarding the license extension of a previously purchased Avira product, there are always questions in the forum which we would like to answer/solve here.

Why did Avira debit my account without my permission?
As you can see, nothing is debited "without permission". However, we can understand that you may not want to commit to one provider permanently or may want to switch to another product from the same provider.

Important: Uninstalling the software is not a cancellation!
There are situations that we all know: It's not going well professionally, Corona focuses on other (more important) aspects of our lives, or you just don't have it (anymore) on "the screen" and the license was renewed unintentionally. It can happen, but it's not a breaking point!

Again the following request: Do not post any personal information in this public forum! We are happy to help you in the community regarding technical problems, but individual license issues - which require the exchange of sensitive data - must also be solved individually (1:1).
