I'm pretty upset with this situation!

I asked avira for a refund, I used my mach card details to create the account and thus get the free month of avira, I did not plan to continue using it, I just needed to clean the system with the antivirus, in addition to not having money in that mach account, avira made a charge to a different credit card that I did not give them, therefore I want to make the refund that they return my money and remove my data from their system because I am not going to take their services, I already raised the request, the payment that was taken from another credit card that I did not give the security data and was made without my consent and not to mention that what they did is illegal.

  what info you need?, i open a refund whit ID #1121112 and nobody respond, cero answer, i ask for a refund 5 days later then they take a diferent credit card then what i give, this is not legal becouse i not give to them the credit card number and also the security code, from where they take it?, i feel inmense vulnerativity to the point i will close credit cards and eliminated becouse anybodu can stole my money, i use a empty mach credit card whit a diferent number and diferent security code, my request is simple, i want a refund, and i open the request, im totally disapointed, i have a lot of problems whit the antivirus becouse my computer is small, im not rich to expend on antivirus, i prefered format the system.
