A few years ago I canceled my subscription on Avira. Since that time you cash every year an amount ad € 34,95. I want this amount to be restituted. It is cashed by you in Jan/Feb 2021 and 2022 en for 2023 is this amount a reservation. 

Please restitude these amounts on my accountnumber below.
