We do not know your telephone number, only you can enter it in your data.
You can only keep the settings for your data in your customer account up to date yourself. Please note urgently: You have 3 e-mail addresses stored in your customer account. You have already contacted the support team 2 times. Please log in with the email address that was used to order the subscription and verify your email accounts.
When verifying your email address with 2FA, it is absolutely necessary to update it every time you change your personal data; if your telephone number has changed and is no longer up to date, verification is no longer possible.You have not provided us with any information, we do not have access to your customer account and can therefore only point out the correct way to current personal data.
