Verification Code problems

I am writing from an account I just created to be able to report this problem.

So I was changing the browser I use because I found a better one, then I needed to sign into Avira but when I went to sign in it asked for my verification code the should have been sent to my phone but nothing got sent so I clicked resend code but nothing came. So now I have here trying to get the support team's attention because the bot they provided is useless. So please guys contact me at this email :(E-mail address removed) and we should try and solve the problem.

  Well you can contact the email relay that i attached in the original post and then I can provide you with the actual email
