    Hello Stefan,

    Since Windows 7 is old and no longer supported by Microsoft and Avira, please make sure that you are using the latest version of Windows 7. 

    If you are using a paid version of Avira, it might be better to contact our support team. Due to limited resources, it is very difficult to support outdated operating systems in a forum.
    Maybe there is a reader of your post who is familiar with your request.

    Unfortunately, we are not able to reproduce this information:
    "when I started the computer Windows 7 Pro, it required name and password to log into the computer!"

    You are logged into Windows after all, and also into Avira's customer account.
