    Hello Dmitry Asyanov,

    All products can be downloaded and managed directly from your customer account. Each subscription purchased in the Avira online store is assigned to a customer account, which is always assigned to the email address used during the purchase and is automatically activated under it, i.e. ready for your access after your registration.

    Premium customers with a valid license and correct login can contact the support team directly from the customer account under "SUPPORT" via email or chat in accordance with GDPR, correct login data is also required in the chat. (See your contacts in chat)

    The publicly accessible Avira Community is unfortunately not a way to contact Avira Support directly.

    According to GDPR, questions about the license or payment processing can only be handled by the support team through your customer account via email. Thank you for your understanding.

    This comment is false. I paid for the subscription, but they didn't give me access to the VPN and didn't give me a premium, so I can't write to support. Avira is deceiving her customers!!

    we can't follow the information provided to us, we don't have any information about your installation nor about your OS with last update version number.

    If you have a customer account, please log in to access Premium Support as a licence holder (using the credentials: email address and password used at purchase).
