    Your information is not understandable for us.

    See: "I don't understand why you have to pay a fee if you have a subscription for 4 devices including iPhone and android and Mac computer."

    If you have purchased a license and are logged in correctly, this message will not be displayed. If it is displayed, your registration is not correct - then your license is not installed correctly by you.

    Only you can answer that, you ordered the license, and only you can know where you purchased the license."

    See: "I went there no problem to download it but if you want the premium you need to pay a fee of $41.99 for the year."  Again, you have not correctly registered your subscription in your account.
