Got the purchase code and can not work for the whole year

last year I placed the order for one year service, I got the purchase code is 3xxxxxxx7 but it's never work in my computer last whole year, and I send some email to respond this kind of situation, so I have not received any respond for this. Now I received the new payment notice over email. I would like to know what happening now.
