    Unfortunately, we cannot answer your question: "What is the issue?" based on the information you have provided us in your post.

    We have neither information about your OS nor your Avira version.
    We do not have access to your account nor to your installation. Especially with PWM, correct information is urgently required.

    Questions about your Avira version and your installation (especially PWM) can unfortunately only be answered by the support team via your customer account by email in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation, i.e. by email in compliance with GDPR. 
    Here, the publicly accessible Avira Community is unfortunately not a way to contact Avira Support directly.
