My Avira Prime is not working nor showing up in my subscription tab
AbgeschlossenSo I bought a 2 month free trial avira prime subscription about 2 days ago. They told me they will have slight delay of 1-2 workdays to deliver my key. It has been 2 days and I still haven't gotten my prime yet and it's not even showing up on subscription tab that I have Prime, so I can't even cancel the renewal payments nor use the prime. What do I do? I tried to email or phone them but it keeps saying I have to have premium in order to do that. So I didn't know what to do right now?

You have received a reference number. Did you register with the e-mail address with which you placed the order and to which the reference number was sent?
(you have already received a confirmation with the reference number of the subscription order!)Every subscription purchased in the Avira online shop is assigned to a customer account, which is always assigned to the email address used for the purchase and is automatically activated under this email address.
You have already contacted support several times. You were told by the Digital Assistant:
"I am here to help, but my assistance is limited to your subscription level. If you have an account, please log in for premium support services."You will receive further information in your self-generated ticket from the support team, also to avoid duplicate processing.
