  You have 2 email addresses stored in your Avira customer account. One of them is not yet verified by you, with which the purchased licence is deposited.
  Have you set the automatic licence renewal according to your wishes, see:

  Please log in with the e-mail address you used to purchase the Prime licence. The active licence will be displayed there.

  If you can't find this order in your account, it doesn't mean you didn't order it. You have 2 email addresses in your customer account. In addition, it seems to be an automatic renewal that you have not deactivated.

  The licence is not stored under the e-mail address used in this article. Please log in with the e-mail address used for the order. Only with correct registration of the e-mail address used for your order will your purchased licence be displayed in your customer account!
