We have removed your personal access data for your licence in accordance with GDPR for your security.
Unfortunately, we are not able to reconstruct your information regarding your request.You write that you have already cancelled your subscription. Therefore, you have the data of your cancellation for your subscription. You can use the copy of your cancellation with your access data - i.e. the cancellation you initiated yourself - to request a refund within the general conditions.
Normally, these two processes are requested together.Here you can find the instructions for the refund:

Unfortunately, you have not correctly registered as a licensee. Neither cancellations nor refunds can be made via the chat, this is only possible with your access data at the support or, as in your case, make the cancellation yourself.
Premium customers with a valid licence and correct registration can contact the support team directly from the customer account under "SUPPORT": via e-mail, support chat and (partly) telephone.
The Digital Assistant has always pointed this out to you:
"I am here to help, but my assistance is limited to your subscription level."
"If you have an account, please log in for premium support services."
This means you have not been directed to support to cancel or refund your licence.Unfortunately, questions regarding your licence or payment processing can only be handled by the support team via your customer account by email in accordance with GDPR.
Here, the publicly accessible Avira Community is unfortunately not a way to contact Avira Support directly.
