AVIRA didn´t works well

I can't log in anywhere but my phone. I don't receive the cell phone verification code from google, I can't, using email and password, enter my account. I ask you to help me, there is a systemic problem at Avira. I even tried using various browsers to see if it was a browser tech issue, but nothing works.

  Premium customers with a valid licence and correct registration can contact the support team directly from the Avira customer account under "SUPPORT": via email, chat support and (partly) telephone.

  Please check your email address with which you ordered the licence. Afterwards, the email address must be entered correctly, and you have chosen the password for it, please log in correctly with the data you used yourself when ordering. You have stored the telephone number for verification in your customer account.   Every subscription purchased in the Avira online shop is assigned to a customer account, which is always assigned to the email address used for the purchase and is automatically activated under this email address.
