    You are writing here in the Avira Community, a public forum, we have neither access to your customer account nor to your installation.

    Questions about your Avira version and the installation of PWM can unfortunately only be handled by the support team via your customer account by email in accordance with GDPR.

    The Avira Community is not a way to contact Avira Support directly. See the Avira Community Guidelines:

    Premium customers with a valid licence and correct registration can contact the support team directly from the Avira customer account under "SUPPORT": via email, chat support and (partly) telephone. 
    Based on your contract documents available there, these and also your installation can be checked by the support team. Only with concrete information about your installation can a solution to your problem be found. Thank you for your understanding.

    Hi Pascha,

    Thank you for your fast reply.

    Since it's specifically for the browser extension and not connected to any installation on my pc, I doubt it. I was hoping other users would have encountered the same problem and had known a way to solve it.
    But next time it occurs, I will try to get in touch with chat support!
