Every subscription purchased in the Avira online shop is assigned to a customer account, which is always assigned to and automatically activated under the email address used at the time of purchase.
We have been informed that you have already contacted the support team several times. The digital assistant has already informed you:

"If you have an account, please log in for premium support services."Premium customers with a valid licence and correct registration can contact the support team directly from the Avira customer account under "SUPPORT": via email. Chat Support and (partly) telephone.
