No Prime on my machine
AbgeschlossenI had to reinstall Avira Prime onto my machine after a fresh install of windows 11 home. Now, when I log into MyAvira.com and review my subscriptions, it shows 2 out of 5 devices have Prime installed; one is my cell phone and the other is my computer. But when I load Avira Security from the quick link on my computer it says I only have the free version and none of my Prime features are activated. I have downloaded Avira Prime from the subscription page as well as from the page that add a device and still nothing can unlock the Prime features I'm paying for. Can someone please help me?

Did you follow these Avira instructions to transfer your Avira license to your new device? Please refer:Premium customers with a valid license and correct registration can contact the support team directly from the customer account under "SUPPORT": via email, support chat and (partially) telephone.
GDPR-compliant access to your customer account and your installation is only possible from support.Unfortunately, questions about your Avira installation can only be processed by the support team via your customer account via email in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation, i.e. access to your customer account and from there via email in a GDPR-compliant manner. Unfortunately, the publicly accessible Avira Community does not provide a way to contact Avira Support directly.
