Free month of Avira Prime Issue
AbgeschlossenI got a message telling me i could get Prime Avira for a month, did everything it asked, put in my card details, and it was confirmed. I try the "pro" features that the prime version has, and it's telling me i don't have prime. Tried doing the free trial again, with the same message.
Under my avira account, in dashboard, it tells me i don't have a subscription.

Please check your settings in your Avira customer account.
Every subscription purchased in the Avira online shop is assigned to a customer account, which is always assigned to the email address used for the purchase and is automatically activated under this email address.
If nothing is displayed in your customer account, the access data is incorrect. You have then ordered 2 x trial versions. This cannot be correct. Please note: Orders must be cancelled!
