I am trying to cancel Avira

I am trying to cancel Avira, but there ich no way to  get in contact. Now they want 125 Euros for something i do not want an I don´t use. What can I do? I had cancel Avira alredy in 2022, but it seems that they are noch interested

  Hello Kay,

  We do not understand the information you have provided. You have already contacted support several times, they have provided you with instructions for automatically renewing your contract and cancelling your subscription.

  You have entered  4  e-mail addresses in your Avira customer account. Please check that you have verified all of them. Is it possible that you have forgotten which email address you used to order your Avira licence, and you have not deactivated the automatic licence renewal that you were informed of when you ordered? Your licence will only be displayed with the e-mail address (this is absolutely necessary!) of the order.

  We have been informed that you have already contacted support. The digital assistant also reminds you to log in with the correct access data for your licence:
  "I am here to help, but my assistance is limited to your subscription level."
  "If you have an account, please log in for premium support services."
