Avira no longer uses activation codes, this was changed a long time ago. All products can be downloaded and managed directly via the Avira customer account at my.avira.com
Premium customers with a valid licence and correct registration can contact the support team directly from the customer account under "SUPPORT": via e-mail, support chat and (partly) telephone.
The digital assistant also draws attention to this:
"I am here to help, but my assistance is limited to your subscription level."
"If you have an account, please log in for premium support services."If you have logged in correctly, you will find your purchased licence in your customer account and can install it directly from there.
