    Hello Stuart,

    You have already contacted the support team and asked them to set up a ticket. You will receive further information in your self-requested ticket. Not only that, but you have also been advised of this by the digital assistant Mark: "Please note that we are currently dealing with a high volume of support requests and that your ticket may take longer than usual to process."
    Premium customers with a valid licence and correct registration can contact the support team from the customer account under "SUPPORT": via email, support chat and (in some cases) telephone.
    Questions about the licence can only be processed by the support team via email in compliance with GDPR.
