    Hello Bruno,

    You have entered  2  e-mail addresses in your Avira customer account. One of these two has not yet been verified by you. 
    Please log in to your Avira customer account with the e-mail address you used to order your Avira subscription. Your activated licence will then be displayed. The invoice will also be sent - correctly registered! - 35 days before the licence expires to the address you provided when ordering.
    In addition, the contact links work  - correctly registered! - with the email address you used for this installation.
    The end date of the current licence is displayed in your customer account under:
    Subscriptions ⇒ + Show renewal settings ⇒ RENEWS ON: ⇒ CHARGED ON:

    Important: Uninstalling the software is not a cancellation!

    For your information:
    Premium customers with correct registration and a valid licence can contact the support team directly from the customer account under "SUPPORT": via e-mail, support chat and (in some cases) telephone.
