Subscription cancelation

I signed up for free trial on December 5, 2023. I received an email which confirms my subscription. I don't see any subscription on my Avira account.
I think i already a while ago already been subscribed with Avira free trial and maybe that is the reason why i see everything as i do.
I just want to be sure that i won't be charged because my trial ends tomorrow and i don't wanna continue with subscription.
Can you help me?

Please log in to your Avira customer account with the email address you used to order your Avira licence. Only you know the access data of your order. Every subscription purchased in the Avira online shop is assigned to the Avira customer account, which is always assigned to the email address used for the purchase and is automatically activated under this email address.
You have already tried to contact the support team several times. The digital assistant Mark draws your attention to this: "I am here to help, but my assistance is limited to your subscription level." and "If you have an account, please log in for premium support services." Support can only be contacted with correct information about your chosen Avira access data, insults do not lead to customer account contact.

Wow, why did you COMPLICATED this so much? To end with my money in the end, because that's what it looks like.
Is it so hard to cancel subscription with you. Has that ever crossed yoy i wonder. Plain and simple.

We have referred you to a cancellation form at the bottom of this page and sent you an image of how to access it. We do not understand what is so difficult about this way of cancelling the Avira contract.
The problem with cancelling the contract or going directly to support is the licence holder's own access data. Some licence holders no longer remember these exactly. The data for a valid contract is the basic requirement for correct processing for correspondence and especially for contract cancellation.
The cancellation form only requires your own details used to purchase the licence and the reference number, which can only be communicated to the customer in the confirmation once the contract has been concluded. This data is activated immediately after the purchase via the Avira customer account and can be viewed there immediately.
