    You are writing here in the Avira Community, a publicly accessible forum. We have neither access to your Avira customer account nor to your installation.

    Have you already carried out a repair installation? See:

    Your "Do I need to uninstall the Total Security Suite?"  With a new installation, the old version cannot remain installed, you want a new installation.

    You have already contacted support. The digital assistant Mark draws your attention to this: "I am here to help, but my assistance is limited to your subscription level." and  "If you have an account, please log in for premium support services."  Correct registration is a prerequisite for getting help with your problem in the chat (Mark forwards Premium customers to the Avira support team) or for receiving a satisfactory answer.

    Premium customers with a valid licence and correct registration can contact the support team directly from the customer account under "SUPPORT": via e-mail, support chat and (in some cases) telephone.  Thank you for your understanding.
