Prime Annual subscription expired in 2 months

Hi,my annual Prime subscription had been downgraded to "free" and the status box says it had expired. The payment had been made two months ago by a friend. If it is not possible to renew subscription due to political reasons only, please refund fully. Otherwise, please renew.
P.S. Windows working correctly, your help page says
"Note
As long as you are running a current Windows operating system, you should not be affected by this issue."
