tap adapater not present or disabled

I ahve been using Avira Phantom VPN without any issue until my Windows 11 got updated. Since then when I am trinyng to connect the PhantomVPN I got the message " tap adapater not present or disabled".
I will appreciate if someone could help me to find a solution.
