DearSirs,

I cannot understand that you keep sending me mails urging me to subscripe to Prime, as I have been paying for Prime since February 14, 2024.

I have received mails from you on 12th March as well as 21st March 2024 asking me to upgrade to Prime?

  You are writing here in the Avira Community, a publicly accessible forum. We have neither access to your Avira customer account and your Avira installation, nor to your installed OS with current update and exact version number.  Here you can find the Avira Community Guidelines for your information, see:  "How to create a post?"  and  "Details matter"!

  Please check which email address is being used to send you the upgrade request. You have entered  2  email addresses in your Avira customer account. Please check whether you have verified both email addresses.
  You should check whether the email address used to send you the upgrade request is still stored in your Avira customer account.

  Every subscription purchased in the Avira online shop is assigned to a customer account, which is always assigned to the email address used for the purchase and is automatically activated under this email address.
  Unfortunately, questions about your licence or installation can only be contacted by the support team via your customer account directly under "Support" and can only be processed by email in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation, i.e. in compliance with the GDPR.

  If you receive the upgrade request with the email address of your purchased licence, you should check your correct registration in your customer account. 
  Premium customers with a valid licence and correct registration can contact the Avira support team directly from the Avira customer account under "SUPPORT": via email, support chat and (in some cases) telephone. Thank you for your understanding.
