vous indiquez sur mon compte que je n'ai pas d'abonnement. BIZARRE car j'ai des prélèvements sur mon compte bancaire.
De ce fait je vous remercie de me rembourser de TOUTES LES SOMMES PRELEVEES SANS MON AUTORISATION CAR POUR FAIRE UN PRELEVEMENT AVEC MA CARTE BANCAIRE, IL FAUT SAISIR UN CERTICODE, CHOSE QUE VOUS N'AVEZ PAS
