Abgeschlosseni purchased the $129 package but cant see it. the features are not activated. says im not premium and still on the free plan!

please log in to your Avira customer account with the email address you used to purchase the license. Your license will only be displayed in your Avira customer account if you are logged in correctly.
Every subscription purchased in the Avira online store is assigned to a customer account, which is always assigned to the e-mail address used for the purchase and is automatically activated under this e-mail address.The digital assistant Mark also drew your attention to this: “I am here to help, but my assistance is limited to your subscription level.” and “If you have an account, please log in for premium support services.” A satisfactory answer is only possible with a correct login.
Only with your access data, which you entered when ordering, will your subscription be displayed, and it can be installed directly from there or contact support.
You have already used various ways to find a way to register your license.
