    You are writing here in the Avira Community, a publicly accessible forum. We have neither access to your Avira customer account and your Avira installation nor to your installed OS and the current update with exact version number - i.e. neither the Avira licence nor the OS with version number.

    The Avira Community is not a way to contact Avira Support directly. See the Avira Community guidelines:

    The digital assistant Mark made you aware: “I am here to help, but my assistance is limited to your subscription level.” and “If you have an account, please log in for premium support services.” A satisfactory answer is only possible if you are correctly logged in.

    Only with your access data, which you entered when ordering, will your subscription be displayed, and it can be installed directly from there, or you can contact support with details of your purchased licence.
    Questions about your order or questions about your Avira version and your installation can unfortunately only be processed by the support team via your customer account in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation by e-mail, i.e. GDPR-compliant by e-mail.

    Premium customers with a valid licence and correct registration can contact the support team directly from the Avira customer account under “SUPPORT”: by email, support chat and (in some cases) telephone. Thank you for your understanding.

    I wasn't trying to contact support.

    I tried the automatic chat support, when signed in, and it gave me a few generic options of docs that I had already read because they were available on the website, and then said I had to post here if they were not of any help.

    I was curious to know if anyone here had the same issue and if they had a solution.
