How can I remove Avira Free and Endpoint Protection SDK from my computer?

    Unfortunately, we cannot get a picture of your problem with the information you have provided. You are writing here in the Avira Community, a publicly accessible forum. We have neither access to your Avira customer account and your Avira installation nor to your installed OS and the current update with exact version numbers - i.e. neither to the Avira licence nor to the OS with version number.
    You have not specified which version you used to remove the Prime version. Something does not seem to be correct in your installation, if no Avira licence is displayed in your customer account, then no Avira version should be installed correctly.

    Questions about your Avira version and your installation can unfortunately only be answered by the support team via your customer account in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation by email, i.e. SUPPORT only GDPR-compliant by email with the Support-Team.
    Using the search engine of your choice, you can also find descriptions of how to uninstall the Windows Endpoint Protection Service.
