    You are writing here in the Avira Community, a publicly accessible forum, an user2user forum. We have neither access to your Avira customer account nor to your Avira installation.

    The Avira Community is subject to the strict requirements of the General Data Protection Regulation. Unfortunately, questions about your licence and installation can only be answered by the support team via your customer account in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation, i.e. in compliance with the GDPR, by email to Avira Support.
    You have stored  3  email addresses in your Avira customer account. Check that all of them are verified. You can only use your licence - in other words - a connection to your subscription can only be used if you have registered correctly.
    The digital assistant Mark drew your attention to this: "I am here to help, but my assistance is limited to your subscription level." and "If you have an account, please log in for premium support services." A satisfactory response is only possible if you are correctly logged in.
    Premium customers with a valid licence and correct login can contact the support team directly from the customer account under "SUPPORT": via email, support chat and (in some cases) telephone.
