    You are writing here in the Avira Community, a publicly accessible forum - an user2user forum.

    We do not have access to your customer account and your purchased licences, nor to your OS and your installed Avira version.

    It would be helpful to know how you have processed your orders.  Your "they take 200 euro thats not fair" is not understandable. It is normal for 2 orders to be invoiced with correspondingly marked prices.
    You have 2 e-mail addresses in your Avira customer account. Please log in to your customer account with the email address you used to order the licence. Every subscription purchased in the Avira online store is assigned to a customer account, which is always assigned to the e-mail address used for the purchase and is automatically activated under this e-mail address.

    The Avira Community is subject to the strict requirements of the General Data Protection Regulation. Unfortunately, questions about your licence, personal access data or installation can only be answered by the support team via your GDPR-compliant customer account by email.  We have neither access to your Avira customer account nor to your Avira installation.     Premium customers with a valid licence and correct login can contact the Avira support team directly from the Avira customer account under "SUPPORT": by email, support chat and (in some cases) by phone.
