    Unfortunately, you have not provided any information about the Avira licence you have purchased or the OS you have installed.
    Have you ordered a trial version? No Avira Prime licence is stored under the e-mail address for this article.

    Have you already paid for the licence you purchased? Have you already ordered a trial version before?  

    With your information, we cannot follow your request. However, your licence order can be checked by Support, including whether a trial version has been ordered.

    We cannot understand your request.

    See: "Your licence has expired."  and  Install Avira Free Security!

    Have you ever ordered an Avira trial version before? It is only technically possible to order trial versions at specified intervals. Your message actually says that no new installation is possible because of the time span - too short  - a span for ordering a new trial version.
    Then the reason is. "A technical problem has occurred..."

    You write:   "I bought it and there was a problem...!"  Have you already paid for the licence? Then you have a receipt.

    It is very helpful if important information is given in the questions. Unfortunately, you didn't mention anything about a trial version in your question.
    This version is free for the test phase! So only a free order, the PURCHASE, the payment comes only after the test phase!

    Yes, I contacted support but I am not received relevant emails, and you are right, the message actually says that no new installation is possible because of the time span - too short  - a span for ordering a new trial version.
    Then the reason is. "A technical problem has occurred..."

    In my account can't see any orders in the Avria, but email the order number is now enabled.

    Is it successful in that the trial version? If yes, It can't be seen in my account but also do not have any of my subscriptions. I want to cancel the automatic renewal for this product about the order code is 467835634. I can't see it in my account! I can't do anything.

    If not successful in the trial version, my problem is solved.
