    We do not have access to your Avira customer account, your Avira licence or your OS installation. The Avira Community is not a way to contact Avira Support. See the Avira Community guidelines:

    What do you mean by "...as it isn't a Microsoft App" ? 

    Avira is a software manufacturer with a security programme. Premium customers with a valid licence and correct registration can contact the support team directly from the customer account under "SUPPORT": via email, support chat and (sometimes) telephone.

    Unfortunately, we don't know which app you are talking about and why you can't download it.

    In the Avira Community Guidelines, there you will find a description of how a post in the Avira forum should be set up in order to recognise the issue - meaningful information is important. Thank you for your understanding.
