Not able to activate my premium license despite having an active license
AbgeschlossenHi, I have had to reinstall Avira onto my laptop, however my premium license was lost, it isn't in "products" "subscriptions" or anywhere, everywhere it stats i am on the basic plan however if i go into my purchase history i can see i have an active subscription that doesn't end until October and being classed as having only the free version i cant use the in built support tools to help.

You have multiple (!) email addresses in your Avira customer account. Please check your Avira access data of your registration from 26.10.23!
Each subscription purchased in the Avira Online Shop is assigned to a customer account, which is always assigned to the email address used for the purchase and is automatically activated under this email address.Premium customers with a valid licence and correct registration can contact the Avira support team directly from the Avira customer account under "SUPPORT": by email, support chat and (in some cases) telephone.
The digital assistant Mark has already drawn your attention to this several times: "I am here to help, but my assistance is limited to your subscription level." and "If you have an account, please log in for premium support services."
