    Premium customers with a valid licence and correct registration can contact the Avira support team directly from the Avira customer account directly under "SUPPORT": via email, Support Chat and (partly) telephone.

    Every subscription purchased in the Avira online shop is assigned to a customer account, which is always assigned to the email address used for the purchase and is automatically activated under this email address.

    Your:  Instead, I am told that I can book the "Prime" version for €59.99.  This tells you that you are not correctly logged in with the Avira licence you purchased.

    Your: but on my second mobile device this is limited to 1GB?  Also: check your correct registration, this message proves that you are not correctly registered with your purchased licence. You can only use the licence without a 1 GB limit if you are correctly logged in. 

    Avira is subject to the strict requirements of the GDPR and can only be processed by e-mail in accordance with the requirements of the General Data Protection Regulation, i.e. GDPR-compliant. Thank you for your understanding.
