    No Avira version "Prime" is stored in your Avira customer account, used here in the forum.
    Please log in to your customer account with the email address you used to purchase the Prime version.

    Every subscription purchased in the Avira online shop is assigned to a customer account, which is always assigned to the email address used for the purchase and is automatically activated under this email address. 

    All your details about your purchased licence are not understandable. Please check that you have installed your Prime version correctly.

    Avira is subject to the strict requirements of the GDPR and can only be processed by email in accordance with the requirements of the General Data Protection Regulation, i.e. in compliance with the GDPR !

    In order to be able to respond to your request, you must have correctly registered your purchased version. Without correct registration, no help for alleged bugs is possible - only then can your strange information about alleged bugs be checked.

    Your: "The buy buttons are way to small and you cant scroll down in the app. 1 hugh graphic "bugg." " Your information is absolutely incomprehensible. 

    Your:  " I have to reinstall the app to get it to update to Prime... just super annoying and you of all companys should have it instantly update"    Also a not understandable information.
    Avira Support can only help with correct information about the installed licence.
