PWM Keeps Logging me Out
AbgeschlossenI have auto lock off, but I continuously get logged out on the same two devices I've always had this password manager on. Every time I log back in, I get an email saying someone logged in from a new location/a new device, when my laptop hasn't left this location since the last two times it logged me out. The same thing happens on my phone. My master password is very long so it's annoying to type it all twice every time Avira decides to log me out.

Hi,
I reached out here because I contacted support and could not get an answer without paying for it. It is ridiculous to have to pay money to contact human support; this was the only free option I could find.

Please unmark this as completed as the issue has not been resolved. It is not a great business tactic to only support customers who have the money or desire to pay this company and then refuse to even try to find a solution for users who cannot pay. I've given more than enough information to give a picture of the situation and you could've asked for any extra information you needed. So, please help me find a solution or I will remove all Avira products from all my devices and make sure no one I know uses them in the future. I have used this password manager and antivirus for years but I'm not going to continue using it when it logs me out every time I open my computer (defeating the purpose of a password manager) and the community staff refuse to even try to help.
