    I STOPPED FOR FEW MOUNTHS MY ABONAMENT FOR AVIRA VPN AND WHEN I DECIDED TO USE AND PAYED AGAIN , HAPPEN ME TOO.

    I FOUND THIS SOLUTION

    1 - I ASKED TO DISINSTALL AVIRA  APP.

    2- AFTER THAT APPEAR : REPAIR ? , I WROTE YES, AND AFTER FINISH TO REPAIR I WAS ABLE TO USE AGAIN AS BEFORE.

    We cannot understand your information.

    You write: "...no technician support," 
    You have already submitted 3 tickets to Avira Support. The digital assistant Mark drew your attention to this 3 times: "I am here to help, but my assistance is limited to your subscription level." and "If you have an account, please log in for premium support services." You are not logged in correctly. Note for you: A satisfactory answer from Mark, (digital assistant), is only possible if you are logged in correctly!

    In addition, you have already posted your question twice here in the forum, der Avira Community.

    You write: "...no customer service,"
    Premium customers with a valid licence and correct registration can contact the Avira support team directly from the Avira customer account under "SUPPORT": via e-mail, support chat and (sometimes) telephone. Only Avira Support can be contacted with your questions about your installation or licence. You have all information for your paid subscription.  

    You are writing here in the Avira Community, a publicly accessible forum - an user2user forum.
    We have neither access nor information from you about your Avira customer account, your Avira licence or your OS installation with version number.

    The Avira Community is not a way to contact Avira Support!
