    can i get support ticket? can any fix it? I won't pay to get support. I paid for VPN but i don't get what i paid

    You are writing here in the Avira Community, a publicly accessible forum - an user2user forum.
    We have neither access to your Avira customer account and your purchased Avira licence, nor access or information about your OS installation. We do not have any information about your important installation and version number.
     
    Only YOU !  are responsible for the correct registration and installation after ordering your licence. 
    “It's active on google play but on the app it says it's not?” Check your correct registration!
    What do you mean by “fix it.”? We don't have access to your installation. Only you can do this  ⇒ fix it!

    What do you mean by: “I paid for VPN but i don't get what i paid” ?
    You write: “It's active on google play” ?
    This confirms the receipt of your purchased licence, please perform a correct installation. We have no access or authorization to do this, only the owner of the purchased licence can do this.

    Your : "I won't pay to get support."  Premium customers with a valid licence and correct registration can contact the Avira support team directly from the Avira customer account under “SUPPORT”: via email, support chat and (in some cases) telephone.

    The digital assistant Mark already drew your attention to this when you tried to contact support: “I am here to help, but my assistance is limited to your subscription level.” and “If you have an account, please log in for premium support services.” You were also advised to log in correctly by the digital assistant Mark.
