Stop pop ups from Avira to ask for more money

I don't want the personal security thing. It keeps popping up asking me to resolve the issue and wants me to buy more products. I don't want or need anymore products. How do I get it to stop asking me? It's annoying to have an antivirus software to give pop-ups.

We have neither access to your Avira customer account and your Avira installation, nor to your installed operating system and the current update with exact version numbers. You have entered 2 e-mail addresses. You - only YOU - can check your e-mail addresses stored in your customer account and set them correctly.
And YOU have already made several attempts with support (1 and 2 years ago!), who helped you to change your e-mail addresses with instructions. You have not responded and, as you can see, you have not yet corrected the email addresses you have stored in your Avira customer account.
Check your e-mail addresses in your customer account and remove old and no longer active e-mail addresses, then you will not receive any advertising to renew your old e-mail addresses. The access data in your Avira customer account can only be set correctly and up to date by the licence holder.
Avira is subject to the strict requirements of the GDPR and can only be processed in accordance with the requirements of the General Data Protection Regulation, i.e. GDPR-compliant by email with your correct registration via Avira Support. You have already had various contacts with Avira Support to change your email addresses. Thank you for your understanding.
