    Unfortunately, we cannot follow your information.

    Only you can check how many e-mail addresses you have used are stored in your Avira customer account. These are not available to a publicly accessible forum, only you know them. You are writing here with an e-mail address under which no Avira license is stored by you.

    Please log in to cancel your license with the email address that YOU used to order the license!

    Each subscription purchased in the Avira online store is assigned to a customer account, which is always assigned to the e-mail address used for the purchase and is automatically activated under this e-mail address.

     Under your ".. ." there is no Avira license stored in your Avira customer account,  nor under your avatar!

    The digital assistant Mark also pointed this out to you in response to your request in the chat:
     “I am here to help, but my assistance is limited to your subscription level.”  and  "If you have an account, please log in for premium support services."  Yes, it's true, a request to support without logging in correctly is a “useless waste of time”!  Correct processing and response is only possible if you are correctly logged in with the e-mail address of your order.

    You are writing here in the Avira Community, a publicly accessible forum - an user2user forum. We have neither access to your Avira customer account and your Avira installation, nor to your purchased Avira license.
    Once more: Each subscription purchased in the Avira online store is assigned to a customer account, which is always assigned to the e-mail address used for the purchase and is automatically activated under this e-mail address. Only with the e-mail address with which you have purchased the Avira license and correctly logged into your Avira customer account is it possible to access your Avira customer account and Avira Support!

    Premium customers with a valid license and correct registration can contact the Avira support team directly from the Avira customer account under “SUPPORT”: by e-mail, support chat and (in some cases) telephone.

    The Avira Community is subject to the strict requirements of the GDPR and can only be processed in accordance with the requirements of the General Data Protection Regulation, i.e. GDPR-compliant by e-mail with your correct registration via Avira Support. Thank you for your understanding.
